Corey Hockersmith
Co-Owner
Corey has spent nearly his entire life in Idaho and has been deeply rooted in the construction industry since 1997. He began his career framing homes, and in 2005, he purchased the framing company he helped build. Over the years, Corey expanded into broader roles, serving as a project manager for a residential builder and a multifamily superintendent for a commercial construction firm. His experience spans everything from single-family homes to large apartment communities, giving him a comprehensive and practical understanding of construction at every scale.
Today, Corey brings that depth of expertise to his role as co-owner of Boise Building Company, where his leadership, field experience, and commitment to quality craftsmanship help guide the company’s continued growth.
Corey shares his life with his wife, Lisa, and their four sons — Kyle, Mason, Dax, and Tate. Together, they enjoy a variety of outdoor adventures, including boating, snowboarding, hunting, golfing, and traveling. With Lisa’s long-standing career as a realtor since 2003, Corey benefits from a well-rounded perspective of both construction and the housing market.
Eric Street
Co-Owner
Eric began his construction career in 2008 as a laborer for a general contractor. His family’s long-standing involvement in construction provided a strong foundation for his future in the industry. After relocating to Idaho in 2012, he earned his bachelor’s degree in construction management with a minor in business from Boise State University. Over the next eight years, Eric worked for two large-scale commercial construction firms, where he developed strong expertise in project management, pre-construction planning, estimating, and complex project coordination.
Eric now brings that blend of practical field experience, professional expertise, and strategic leadership to his role as co-owner of Boise Building Company, partnering with Corey Hockersmith to guide the company’s vision and continued growth.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys life in Idaho with his wife, Lauren, and their son. Together, they spend their time outdoors and appreciate every opportunity to enjoy Idaho’s natural beauty as a family.
Jessica Bradley
Business Operations Manager
Jessica grew up in Hailey, Idaho where she gained early experience working for her father’s construction business. She holds a degree in Business and brings a strong background in accounting and project coordination. Since joining Boise Building Company in March 2017, Jessica has contributed to the team through business operations, project organization, accounting, and compliance.
In addition to her work with the company, she served as the Association Executive for the Institute of Real Estate Management board from 2017 to 2022. She is also a licensed real estate agent with Silvercreek Realty Group, allowing her to bring a broad understanding of the housing and construction industry to her role at Boise Building Company.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys traveling, practicing and teaching yoga, exploring the outdoors with her two dogs, and spending time with family and friends.
